Our History..The growing needs of homeless persons within the North Side community of the first ward of Paterson required St. Philip's Ministry to reshape its C/M/P/ to offer in addition to a light breakfast snack, a free lunch program and supper for needy individuals which is made available Monday thru Friday between the hours of 9:30 a.m.-1:15 p.m., 5:30 p.m.-7:00 p.m. supper (no fee is requested of anyone present.

From the homeless within our community or immigrants trying to make ends meet, to the seniors coming for fellowship, and those simply experiencing hard times due to the poor economy, all have expressed their deepest gratitude to the team of volunteers for their warm reception.

St. Philip's Coffee Pot Ministry is a place of humanity, compassion and dignity a lifeline to those in need and we strives to be a gateway to positive change in the lives of the people it serves and seeks to reconnect them to the broader community.

Through our programs and in our commitment to combating hunger and homelessness, we provide the support and respect people need to become self sufficient and regain hope for the future.
